I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and found it to be good value for the price. The room was larger than expected, though the bathroom was quite tiny. The location felt safe and was conveniently close to the Akebonabashi station but a bit far from the action. Overall, it has its pros and cons, but it’s a decent option for budget travelers.

The room was larger than most budget hotels I've stayed at, but the carpeting and window sheets were stained.

Service at the reception was limited due to little English spoken, and I couldn't figure out if breakfast was available.

I stayed for three nights and found the hotel to be decent overall. The room I had was larger than what I expected for a budget spot in Japan. While it was clean, some facilities were lacking, and there were a few annoying noises at night. The location was nice and quiet, right near a metro station that made it easy to reach more bustling areas like Shinjuku, but it felt a bit removed from the main attractions. The value for money was good, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel to have a nice spacious room, but it was a bit far from the vibrant areas, falling short on dining options. The location was convenient with quick access to the metro, making it easy to reach busier spots like Shinjuku. Overall, it offered good value for the price, but the lack of a breakfast service and some maintenance issues with the room were disappointing.

I had a decent stay at this hotel for three nights. The room was larger than expected for a budget option in Japan, which was a nice surprise. However, the facilities were quite basic, and there wasn’t a breakfast option available. While the location was quiet and just a couple of stops away from Shinjuku, the cleanliness of carpets and some furnishings left something to be desired. Overall, it felt safe and was good value for what I paid, but the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome at times.
